Mirsulzhan Namazaliev, Executive Director

Mirsulzhan is a political economist, a media consultant, as well as civil society activist. He has extensive experience in media, youth, human rights and business spheres.

Also, Mirsulzhan is a contribute to a popular Central Asias blog neweurasia.net, a leading economic program "Bay Bol" (Get Rich) on first national channel. Moreover, he is one of the most cited people on BBC, RFE/RL, CNN, Al-Jazeera, National Kyrgyz Radio, Kloop.kg and newspapers Nazar. His comments were published on the pages of international newspapers such as Le Monde.

Seyitbek Usmanov, Head of Research

Seyitbek сo-founded the Institute with Mirsulzhan and currently heads the Institute's research efforts. He loves his job because he believes that only a free market economy will lead to the prosperity of Kyrgyzstan, and his work leads to an increase in market economy.

Seyitbek graduated from the University of Toronto (Canada) with a bachelor's degree in commerce. After graduating he worked in the financial services company in Kyrgyzstan where started as an analysts then rose to be the head of the research department.

Seyitbek began writing in his student years in newspapers and magazines. His articles have appeared in Canada, USA, Russia and Kyrgyzstan, including Forbes-Russia, Fraser Student Review.

Gulmira Aidaralieva, Operations Manager

Gulmira is CAFMI's program manager. Prior to CAFMI
she worked at Nexi, Clienterra, Center for Analysis of Methods of
Education and Teaching and Funky Bishkek.

Kamila Murzaeva, Project Coordinator

Kamila works as a project coordinator at the Institute,. She manages projects, such as training events and schools (Free Market School and English Liberty Camp). Kamilla Murzaeva received her Master of Public Administration at the Academy of Management under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, and holds a bachelor degree in history from Kyrgyz National University.
