Mirsulzhan NAMAZALIEV, Director

Mirsulzhan is a political economist, a media consultant, as well as civil society activist. He has extensive experience in media, youth, human rights and business spheres. Also, Mirsulzhan is a contribute to a popular Central Asias blog neweurasia.net, a leading economic program "Bay Bol" (Get Rich) on first national channel. Moreover, he is a guest on BBC, RFE/RL, CNN, Al-Jazeera, National Kyrgyz Radio, Kloop.kg and newspapers Nazar. His comments were published on the pages of international newspapers such as Le Monde.

Seyitbek USMANOV, Director

Seyitbek сo-founded the Institute with Mirsulzhan and currently heads the Institute's research efforts. Seyitbek graduated from the University of Toronto (Canada) with a bachelor's degree in commerce. After graduating he worked in the financial services company in Kyrgyzstan where started as an analysts then rose to be the head of the research department. Seyitbek began writing in his student years in newspapers and magazines. His articles have appeared in Canada, USA, Russia and Kyrgyzstan, including Forbes-Russia and Fraser Student Review.

Gulmira Aidaralieva, Program Manager

Gulmira possesses a unique combination of experience in the business sector and nonprofit organizations. Prior to CAFMI she worked at Nexi, Clienterra, Center for Analysis of Methods of Education and Teaching and Funky Bishkek. She participated in the development of standards and principles for customer service. She has managed the work of staff on credit control, trained the new employees of the Department of Service and evaluated the quality of work. Gulmira Aidaralieva graduated at Bishkek Finance and Economic College with the degree in "taxation" and the Kyrgyz National University with the degree of "finance and credit".

Kamila Murzaeva, Project Coordinator

Kamila works as a project coordinator at the Institute,. She manages projects, such as training events and schools. Her communication skills are successfully building relationships of the Central Asian Free Market Institute with young professionals and researchers in Kyrgyzstan. Kamilla Murzaeva received her Master of Public Administration at the Academy of Management under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, and holds a bachelor degree in history from Kyrgyz National University.
